Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Adrian, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and substance use concerns. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to helping you identify your strengths and build practical tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other interventions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable while creating meaningful progress toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they discover resilience, healing, and renewed hope. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
