Great to meet you!

My mindfulness-based therapeutic practice integrates a body-centered approach with Buddhist psychological models. Bringing awareness to the present moment in each session supports the observation of thoughts and impulses in real time as they come up. We’ll collaborate as we gain a deeper and more subtle understanding and felt-sense of the unfolding patterns that appear. Cultivating a relationship based on trust and open communication is the foundation of my compassionate and direct method.

My approach to therapy

Are you experiencing anxious feelings, restless thoughts, or negative self-talk? Using traditional talk-therapy as well as movement, posture, and breath, I’ll join forces with you on your journey of personal development and spiritual expansion.

I'm dedicated to helping you recognize your innate strength through mindfulness and self-inquiry.

What you can expect from me

Let’s work together to release the limiting beliefs and old stories about who you used to be. Experience the joy of your infinite potential in the here-and-now.

In our sessions, we’ll cultivate the strength to respond to life rather than falling into habitual reactions over and over. Through guided mindfulness you’ll begin to realize the power of your thoughts, words, and actions while finding the balance between surrendering to the unknown and intentionally guiding the direction of your life.
