Great to meet you!

As a practitioner in long-term recovery, my lived experience has allowed me to better understand my clients in the throws of their own addictions. Once I obtained my counseling degree from West Texas A&M, I set out to use my combined skill set to help people in their struggles. I enjoy sharing my love of family, exercise, nutrition and sleep with my clients in hope they find balance in their own lives as I have!

My approach to therapy

Providing a safe space for my clients to feel validated and accepted is ideal in my approach to the therapeutic process. In doing so, examining and challenging self-limiting beliefs can be the entry point to much of their inner conflict. I enjoy helping my clients find healthier meaning to their problems and empowering them with the tools to become the best versions of themselves!

What you can expect from me

I feel my openness and nonjudgmental personality allows clients to give the counseling process a chance. My hope is that in their first session, clients are able to feel safe with me in talking through their issues and accepting that healthy change is possible!
