Great to meet you!

I’m Adrian Marin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with more than a decade of experience working with individuals and families across all age groups. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a Clinical Supervisor at Jewish Community Services of South Florida, where I support clinicians and ensure the delivery of ethical, compassionate care. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to providing therapy that is accessible and culturally sensitive. My background includes extensive training in crisis intervention and trauma-focused care, which allows me to support clients through some of their most challenging moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and collaborative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused CBT with a focus on the whole person. I emphasize helping clients live as their genuine selves by aligning their values, words, and actions so that life feels more authentic and fulfilling. I focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward lasting change while ensuring a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all — I adapt methods to meet each client’s unique needs while creating a space to explore, process, and grow.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, greater self-awareness, and a clearer sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and living in a way that reflects your authentic self. Whether you’re addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, or life transitions, we will work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
