Great to meet you!

I work with women, children, and teens who are facing anxiety or feeling disconnected. My approach is warm and intuitive; together, we will look beneath the surface to make sense of your story. I am here to help you untangle heavy feelings and find your way back to yourself, providing the safe space you deserve to feel calm and truly heard.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens when we look beyond the surface symptoms to understand the deeper story. My approach is warm and intuitive, prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship where you—or your child—feel safe and truly seen.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing what is on your mind. We will spend time getting to know each other and discussing why you are seeking therapy, as well as the goals you hope to achieve. For children and teens, I often use a mix of conversation and creative activities to build trust. You can expect a gentle process where we start to figure out how to bring more peace and clarity into your life.
