Great to meet you!

Taking the first step to seek support for your mental health can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults.

I help clients manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and schizophrenia through thoughtful evaluation and medication management. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to improve your mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is supportive, collaborative, and centered around understanding you as a whole person. I believe mental health treatment works best when you feel heard, respected, and involved in decisions about your care.

During our sessions, we’ll talk openly about what you’ve been experiencing and what goals you have for your mental health. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that may include medication management and practical strategies to help you feel more balanced and supported.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to seek support. I’ll ask about your symptoms, your mental health history, and what goals you have for treatment.

My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly. Together we’ll discuss possible treatment options and begin developing a plan that supports your mental health and overall well-being.
