Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychotherapist, I believe that mental health is essential for maintaining happiness, well-being, and a sense of security. While it may seem counterintuitive, seeking help is a courageous act, and showing vulnerability is a true sign of strength, not weakness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is customized to meet the unique needs of my clients. I utilize techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to address and challenge automatic negative thoughts. Through psychodynamic therapy, I foster a trusting, safe, and nurturing relationship, while attachment therapy helps process trauma, including subtle 'small t' traumas that can impact our ability to fully engage in the present moment.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory session offers you the chance to share your story and discuss your goals for therapy. From there, we will collaborate in a safe and supportive environment to help you achieve those goals. Life can be challenging, but having someone to witness your journey and support your healing can be transformative—allowing you to live authentically rather than feeling pushed to the sidelines.
