Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner and psychologist. My practice is focused on combining evidence-based psychiatry with precision medicine tools to deliver care that is rigorous, personalized, and informed by the latest clinical research.

I specialize in mood disorders — including depression and bipolar disorder- anxiety and OCD-spectrum conditions, and ADHD across the adult lifespan. I have particular experience with complex and treatment-resistant presentations, including when previous medication trials haven't worked as hoped. I take time to understand not just your symptoms, but the full picture of what's driving them.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach to medication management is grounded in the belief that good prescribing starts with truly understanding the person in front of me. I practice evidence-based psychiatry and utilize precision medicine and genomic testing to guide medication decisions — reducing trial and error and improving outcomes, particularly for patients with complex or treatment-resistant presentations.
  • I take time to explore your full history, previous treatments, and clinical picture before making any recommendations, paying close attention not just to symptoms, but to the patterns and experiences shaping them.
  • I aim to be transparent and direct — I'll walk you through my clinical reasoning and invite your perspective at every step. Good psychiatric care is something we build together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a 90-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation covering your current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, previous treatments, and goals for care. Depending on your presentation, we may also discuss whether laboratory workup or pharmacogenomic testing is appropriate to help guide treatment decisions.

The session is thorough but never rigid — you're welcome to share at your own pace. By the end, I'll share my clinical impressions, walk you through my reasoning, and discuss recommendations and next steps. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer picture of what's going on and a concrete sense of how we might move forward together.
