Great to meet you!

Hello, and thank you for considering me as your provider. My name is Adriana, and I have almost 20 years of experience providing clinical support to individuals experiencing challenging life situations, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, or grief. I know that choosing a therapist can be daunting, as therapy can be an emotionally intimate business. It is crucial to pick someone that you can trust. I have been licensed for 2+ years and received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2006. I have experience with adults (18+) from all walks of life and backgrounds, having worked in community clinical health settings, with hospice patients, and providing individual therapy in the remote telehealth space.

My approach to therapy

I like to take an eclectic approach to my work with clients, and I draw from different theoretical frameworks in order to work on developing a tailored treatment plan with you. I believe that we are equals in this work we will do together, and I look forward to being your gentle accountability partner.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I like to explore what is working in your current life, as well as any challenges you may be facing. Together, we will decide on a plan of care that will help you reach your goals; whether it be lessening anxiety, depression, working with grief, or simply becoming more active in your life!
