Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying stress, anxiety, or emotional pain on your own for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment.

I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, even though they are doing their best. Together, we focus on helping you better understand your emotions, develop practical coping tools, and regain a sense of balance and control in your life.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, psychoeducation, and Adlerian principles, to help you better understand patterns, manage symptoms, and build healthier coping skills. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, with a focus on helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. You can expect a supportive, respectful conversation where you feel heard and validated.

We will discuss your concerns, goals, and any questions you have about the therapy process. There is no pressure to share everything at once — the first session is about building comfort, safety, and a foundation for our work together.
