Great to meet you!
My approach to therapy is holistic and grounded in a strengths-based perspective that honors each client’s inherent resilience and capacity for growth. I integrate training from my master’s-level counseling education and my doctoral work in Behavioral Health to provide care that is both clinically informed and person-centered.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), client-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions—I tailor treatment to align with each individual’s unique experiences, values, and goals.
My clinical focus emphasizes prevention and sustainable change. I support clients not only in reducing symptoms but also in developing long-term emotional well-being, strengthening adaptive coping strategies, and fostering meaningful, supportive connections.
Grounded in compassion, collaboration, and cultural humility, I strive to create a safe and affirming space where clients can reconnect with their sense of agency, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
