Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Adriana, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, feeling "empty," caregiver challenges, grief, and major life transitions. My work has always been rooted in compassion, dignity, faith and a deep respect for the worth of every person. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree from Albright College.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and individualized. I draw from psychodynamic insight, person‐centered approaches and other evidence‐based modalities to help you explore your experiences with depth, clarity, and compassion. Christian / Catholic faith in gently integrated into the therapeutic process for those desiring it. No two people are alike, and I honor that by tailoring every session to the person in front of me — your story, your pace. Together, we explore where pain has settled, where old patterns keep you stuck, and where hope is quietly waiting to be rediscovered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a “getting to know you” time to build trust and a supportive foundation. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to achieve from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history and current concerns, but you can share at whatever pace feels comfortable. My style is a reflection of my Christian Catholic faith, hope and grace and will walk alongside you as you rediscover your peace, strength and healing.
