Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in the area of counseling since 2004. My master’s degree in Counseling with dual specialization in Mental Health Counseling and Family Therapy has prepared me to provide services in a variety of settings, different populations/age groups and for multiple issues, condition and/or challenges.

My approach to therapy

The approach I use to help others it's mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Solution Focus Therapy among others. Through such approaches and skills learned, I will provide those ready to start therapy with the tools needed to succeed in life by overcoming obstacles and/or address healing needed. I am trained to do so though individual, couple, and/or family therapy.

What you can expect from me

I am here ready to help those that have bravely made the decision to take control of their lives and want to start this journey with unconditional support and guidance. All there is left to do is to reach out and begin to work towards healing and success.
