Great to meet you!

I aim to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where growth is possible through a journey of self-discovery within a trusted therapeutic relationship. I practice from a person centered, evidence based perspective whre therapy goals are made in collaboration, based on each person's unique concerns. I see adults and teens with anxiety, OCD, autism, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, executive dysfunction and other psychological disorders. I speak Romanian, French and Spanish.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Assertiveness Training, Social Skills training, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness training. I was certified in CBT by the Cleveland VA in 2013. I am a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF)..

What you can expect from our first session

I values understanding my clients' needs from an individual, as well as culturally sensitive perspective. I utilize trauma-informed, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ affirming treatment. I recognize that people may frequently be misdiagnosed and suffer further as a result of microaggressions and societal stigmas.I believe in meeting people where they are and really listening to what their needs are in therapy.
