Great to meet you!

With over 17 years of experience working with children and families in underserved communities and 8 years in private practice supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples, I bring both depth and compassion to my work as a therapist. I have extensive knowledge in relational therapy and a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological dynamics that impact our relationships and overall well-being.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from Loyola Marymount University, where I was honored to receive the Myra Levick Scholarship. I also hold a Master of Arts in Communication Design and Illustration from Otis Art Institute, and have completed additional coursework in Abnormal Psychology, Theories of Personality, and Child Development at Santa Monica College. My educational background, coupled with my creativity and open-mindedness, allows me to connect with clients in ways that are both meaningful and practical.

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) foundation while integrating relational, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches. Therapy with me is collaborative, empathetic, and engaging — I believe in tailoring each session to your specific goals and emotional needs, while also providing concrete tools to help you grow.

My approach to therapy

Change is possible — and therapy can help you get there.

I believe therapy is a space where you can explore both the challenges and achievements that shape your life. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and practicality, and I draw strongly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

CBT offers a structured, evidence-based framework that can help you develop healthier thinking patterns, shift unhelpful behaviors, and build effective coping skills. I work to make therapy both engaging and safe — a space where you feel comfortable exploring your emotions and supported in your growth.

What you can expect from me

I work primarily with adults, couples, and adolescents, and I bring a warm, down-to-earth presence to every session. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, process difficult experiences, and develop healthy coping tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

In addition to individual and relational work, I have extensive experience supporting children and families. I am deeply passionate about helping people at every stage of life navigate their emotions, relationships, and personal goals.

I bring my natural warmth, creativity, and intuition to every session, and I meet each client with openness and respect. Therapy is a brave step — and you don’t have to take it alone. Let’s work together to co-create your next chapter.
