Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms—it's about helping you reconnect with yourself. Many of the women I work with are successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from who they truly are. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, build self-trust, and create a life that feels more aligned, calm, and fulfilling. Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) when appropriate. Rather than focusing only on what's wrong, I help clients understand why they feel stuck and teach skills that promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope will be different in your life. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and create a plan that feels personalized, realistic, and focused on helping you move toward greater calm, clarity, and confidence.
