I focus on helping clients find their true selves which is often obfuscated by traumas and societal expectations. I believe that talk therapy is a powerful tool in helping people deal with anxiety, depression, traumatic events, loss and family issues.

In addition to my mental health experience, I was also a teacher for 15 years and have a long history of working with children and adolescents.

I hold a Bachelors from Rio de Janeiro University and a Masters from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

My primary therapeutical modality is a person-centered therapy but I also borrow from other evidence-based methods.

Clients can expect to be heard and be empowered to continue their life journeys with new energy that may warm their hearts and find relief as they walk through significant pain and anxiety caused by the chaotic world around them.
