Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and my practice is dedicated to supporting teenage girls (ages 14+) and young women across California. Beyond my clinical background in specialized hospital units, I am someone who values a high-energy, balanced lifestyle. When I’m not in the hospital, you’ll likely find me rock climbing or weightlifting—activities that keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of resilience. I’m also a big sci-fi fan and love to geek out over a great movie or a deep-dive read. As a bilingual provider, I offer services in both English and Spanish, specializing in helping my patients manage ADHD, hormone related emotional mood swings, and binge eating tendencies.

My approach to therapy

As someone who has navigated my own fair share of life’s challenges, I have come to deeply value two things: simplicity and consistency. I know how overwhelming it feels when life gets "noisy," so my goal is to help you strip away the clutter and focus on what actually works. My style is warm and transparent, utilizing a conservative, evidence-based approach to medication management. I don’t believe in over-complicating your care; instead, we focus on sustainable, steady progress. I am here to help you build a solid foundation that feels manageable and true to who you are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a safe, low-pressure space where we start turning down the volume on stress and finding what works for you. For my younger clients and their families, this is a time to build trust and ensure everyone feels supported. We will walk through your history and current challenges. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, validated, and confident that you have a provider who values your time and your journey toward mental wellness.
