Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master’s degree from Notre Dame de Namur University, and I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2016. I became licensed in 2021 and have since continued supporting individuals, couples, and families through meaningful, growth-oriented work.
I specialize in working with the Latinx community, immigrant families, and first- and second-generation individuals navigating identity, acculturation, and family dynamics. I also support teenagers, communities of color, and women of color. My clinical focus includes transgenerational trauma, relational healing, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with a culturally responsive and decolonizing lens.
Clients often experience me as warm, grounded, and intuitive, while also offering direct and supportive guidance.
