Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or like you have to hold everything together? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep doing it this way.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and life stress. I specialize in supporting high-functioning women and professionals who may appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted internally.

In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding patterns that contribute to anxiety, self-doubt, and stress. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop practical tools to manage overthinking, set healthy boundaries, and feel more grounded and in control.

My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I provide culturally responsive care and have experience working with diverse communities, including Latina/o/x clients. I’m mindful of how culture, family expectations, and identity can impact emotional well-being.

You don’t have to keep managing everything on your own. Therapy can be a place where you finally exhale and start feeling like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help you better understand patterns, manage anxiety and overthinking, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I focus on providing practical tools you can apply in your daily life, while also helping you build insight, confidence, and healthier ways of coping. I incorporate culturally responsive care and consider how family dynamics, identity, and life experiences shape your mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s been weighing on you and what led you to seek support. You’ll have space to share at your own pace, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your experiences, challenges, and goals.

We’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck, and I’ll introduce practical tools you can start using right away.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction, not overwhelmed.
