Adriana Ruvalcaba

Adriana practices from a holistic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach. She works with folks navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. With warmth, curiosity, and even a little humor, she supports clients in reconnecting with themselves, exploring the roots of long-standing patterns, and tuning into emotions their bodies haven’t had a change to process.

Drawing from experiential and somatic healing modalities, I guide clients in reconnecting with themselves, explore the roots of long-standing patterns, and tap into the parts of them that deserve rest, care, and compassion.

In order to understand our present, we must understand our past; after we have our 15-minute consultation, our first few sessions will be used to unpack family history, relationship patterns, and social support systems. We will then collectively make a treatment plan. As we built rapport, I will use humor, gentle directness, and body-focused emotional processes to create a safe space. My ideal client is committed to a journey of healing where I can foster self-reflection and guidance.
