Great to meet you!

Hi, thank you for visiting my page. I am a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist. I am LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Latinx/e, bi/multi-racial/cultural friendly.

I am compassionate and love helping others, my warmth, understanding, and openness will help you feel safe about exploring difficult topics. Together we will build insight and empowerment while establishing practical ways to cope with life’s stressors.

My approach to therapy

I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional disruptions, life changes/challenges, with room for more. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address maladaptive thought patterns, mindfulness-based interventions to enhance emotional self-regulation, and Solution-Focused Therapy to maintain a goal-oriented focus tailored to each client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to gain increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a better understanding of your emotions and behaviors. You may also develop healthier relationships, learn to resolve conflicts effectively, and acquire tools to manage stress and difficult situations. Therapy is not a quick fix, but a journey of self-discovery and growth that can lead to significant and lasting positive change.
