Great to meet you!

Licensed therapist, professional overthinker, and expert in keeping a straight face when clients say, “This might sound crazy, but...” (Spoiler: It doesn’t).

With five years in practice, I help people navigate anxiety, depression, and all the messy, beautiful chaos of life using an eclectic therapy approach—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about learning how to manage stress, set boundaries, and actually enjoy your life (instead of just surviving it). Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, therapy gives you the tools to move forward with confidence.

As a social worker, I take a holistic view of mental health, looking at how personal experiences, relationships, and societal factors impact well-being. I have a special interest in LGBTQ+ and perinatal mental health, and as a mom of two, I fully understand the magic (and madness) of parenting. Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s essential, and therapy is a great place to start.

My dog, Mavis, is my unpaid therapy assistant, and while she won’t be participating in sessions, she fully supports your healing journey too!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I pull from different therapeutic styles to meet each client’s unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—some people need practical coping skills, some need a space to process deep emotions, and others need a mix of both.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, validated, and equipped with real tools to manage anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday stressors. I keep sessions down-to-earth, warm, and sometimes even humorous because I believe healing doesn’t have to be stiff or overly clinical. I value authenticity and want my clients to feel safe to be themselves without fear of judgment.
