Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Adriana, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual therapy in Texas and Colorado. I work with children, teens, and adults, with a special focus on women's and maternal mental health.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping you build practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT, along with creative techniques such as play and art therapy, to support healing, self-awareness, and growth.

I’m especially passionate about helping clients find a sense of calm, set healthy boundaries, and incorporate self-care and mindfulness into their daily lives. My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges and more connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you may have. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions—about the process, my approach, or anything else that’s on your mind.

My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and comfortable sharing at your own pace. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply the start of working together in a way that feels right for you.
