I take an integrative, attachment-informed approach to therapy. I help clients understand the underlying patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and relationships rather than focusing only on surface-level coping strategies.
My work blends insight-oriented therapy with evidence-based approaches such as CBT and elements of ACT. I support clients in identifying unhelpful cycles, increasing emotional awareness, and building the capacity to tolerate discomfort without avoidance or self-sabotage.
I have particular experience working with anxiety, relationship concerns, attachment patterns, and high-functioning individuals who feel stuck despite “knowing better.” My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood while also gently challenged toward growth.
