Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience supporting adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. My focus is psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and supportive, skills-based therapy.

Reaching out is a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel comfortable, supportive, and empowering from the very first visit.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I work with clients to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood, while also focusing on clear goals and real-life strategies for change. I combine thoughtful medication management with therapeutic support, education, and coping skills so treatment feels both effective and manageable.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, stress, burnout, and sleep concerns. I also have experience supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and military-connected individuals, and I understand the unique stressors that can come with military life. My focus is helping clients better understand their symptoms, feel more in control of their mental health, and build sustainable tools for long-term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you in. We’ll talk about your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process and discuss whether medication, therapy strategies, or a combination may be helpful.

By the end of the visit, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and more informed about your mental health. Together, we’ll begin outlining a treatment plan with clear, manageable goals tailored to your needs, so you leave with a sense of direction and next steps.
