Great to meet you!

Whatever brings you here, you'll be met with empathy, respect, and a commitment to your growth. I’m open minded, energetic, and kind, and provide a comfortable and structured environment, where meaningful change is possible. I am a clinical psychologist and specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, perfectionism, identity development concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is active and purposeful while also grounded in compassion. I use a process-based approach to tailor evidence-based interventions to individual processes driving a person's struggles. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist (BICBT-CC) and use interventions to address both behavioral symptoms and the underlying emotional patterns, drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy. Individualized treatment plans that benefit the uniqueness of each client are a priority for me.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. Seeking therapy takes courage, and I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I believe recovery is not about perfection—it is about building flexibility, resilience, and a healthier relationship with yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck in old patterns, you don't have to navigate it alone. By the end of our first session, you'll have a better sense of my approach, and together we can discuss how therapy can support your goals moving forward.
