Great to meet you!

If you are searching for a consistent therapist who is well-versed in evidence-based practices, personable, and who listens with empathy, you're in the right place. Life entails many amazing moments and suspenseful plot twists that could leave us bewildered and possibly lead to hopelessness. All is not lost, in me you have a therapist you can confide in and trust; the road ahead is full of opportunities to grow and live the life that aligns with your values.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. I meet clients where they are while gently challenging unhelpful thought patterns, behaviors, and relationship dynamics that may be preventing growth. My areas of focus include anxiety management, self-esteem, healthy boundaries and relationships, emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal growth. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths and feel more confident in creating meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we will build rapport, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will develop a foundation for treatment that promotes self-awareness, practical coping skills, emotional wellness, and meaningful progress toward the changes you want to make.
