Great to meet you!

I specialize in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, sexual trauma, and military trauma. While therapy does not erase the realities of the past or present, it can facilitate new ways of understanding, responding, and engaging with life. Through active participation in the therapeutic process, clients can develop healthier coping strategies, greater confidence, and an improved ability to live fully and authentically.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters trust, openness, and collaboration. Treatment is individualized and draws upon evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused interventions. These approaches are designed to address both acute and long-standing difficulties, while promoting resilience and adaptive coping.

What you can expect from me

The initial session provides a structured and supportive environment to begin the therapeutic process. During this meeting, we will review presenting concerns, relevant background information, and current functioning to help guide treatment planning. Together, we will identify goals for therapy and discuss the approaches that may best support your needs.
