Great to meet you!

I’m committed to forging meaningful connections with my clients and fostering a safe,

supportive environment where you can truly be yourself. My passion lies in guiding people of all

ages and stages through their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, helping them communicate and

navigate life’s complexities. Life is full of transitions that we aren't always prepared for. Starting a new job, living on your own, making new friends, dating, graduations, college, marriage, death, divorce, etc. These life events can come with new feelings and feeling lost. In my career as a counselor, I've worked to help people of all ages and stages navigate life's milestones and obstacles.

Together, we can start building a better sense of self and a stronger identity. Some things we may practice:

  • building boundaries
  • prioritizing self-care
  • identifying core values and beliefs

My approach to therapy

I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship is key to the therapy process. There must be trust, honesty, and open communication. My approach is holistic and eclectic, I will meet you where you're at to find a path that works for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for you to set the expectations. What do you want to get from therapy? Did something happen recently? Are we diving into your past? Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and you might not be sure where to start. I encourage my clients to embrace the feelings of "I don't know" and help them to learn, grow,

and understand themselves. It can be challenging to lean into uncertainty but you don't have to

do it alone.

My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space. So, if you don't have a goal in mind, we can work through that together.
