Great to meet you!

I hold my clinical license in social work in Illinois and Missouri. I also have my certification in Cannabis Science and Operations Management. AS AN INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS

CONSULTANT AND

PSYCHOTHERAPIST, I ENJOY

IMPLEMENTING COGNITIVE AND

BEHAVIOR STRATEGIES TO

PROMOTE HEALTH EQUITY AND

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS IN THE

COMMUNITY. I AM A BIG

CHEERLEADER IN INTEGRATING

SELF-LOVE INTO YOUR DAILY

LIFE.

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic practice, I strive to create an

atmosphere that is relaxed yet focused, always

respectful of boundaries and attentive through

active listening. I aim to help my clients discover healthy and positive coping mechanisms that foster self-sufficiency, resilience, and sustainability within a safe and peaceful environment. My greatest reward comes from knowing that I am actively supporting individuals in advocating for positive change, transforming their mindset to embrace a more optimistic outlook and integrating mindfulness practices into their daily lives. Ultimately, I am committed to promoting healthy relationships across all environments, empowering my clients to thrive in every aspect of their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you in, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical coping strategies and strengths you can build on. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can start feeling more empowered, resilient, and confident moving forward.
