Great to meet you!

I am a clinically licensed social worker in Illinois and Missouri, with additional certification in Cannabis Science and Operations Management. As an integrative wellness consultant and psychotherapist, I blend cognitive and behavioral strategies to support health equity, emotional wellness, and whole person care. I am passionate about helping you weave self love into daily life in ways that feel authentic, practical, and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic practice, I create an atmosphere that is relaxed yet purposeful, always grounded in active listening and clear, respectful boundaries. Together we will explore healthy coping tools that foster self sufficiency, resilience, and a deeper sense of inner calm. My greatest reward is walking with clients as they advocate for positive change, release unhelpful patterns, and integrate mindfulness into everyday routines.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment free space where you feel heard, respected, and truly yourself. We will talk about what brings you in, clarify your goals, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we will begin identifying practical coping strategies and inner strengths to build on, so you can move forward feeling more empowered, resilient, and confident in your own growth.
