Great to meet you!

I am a behavioral health clinician specializing in addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, and identity reconstruction after life-altering experiences.

For over almost 2 decade,s I have worked with adults navigating substance use recovery, anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions. My work integrates clinical expertise with a deep understanding of how trauma, identity, and personal history shape mental health and recovery.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am the founder of Rise2Queendom, an empowerment platform and authorship initiative that explores recovery, leadership, and identity reclamation through lived experience.

My approach to therapy focuses on helping individuals move beyond survival patterns and develop the emotional insight, self-trust, and internal stability needed to build meaningful lives.

I believe therapy is not only about symptom relief—it is about reclaiming agency, voice, and direction.
