Great to meet you!
My name is Dr. Adrianne Horowitz, Ph.D., LCSW, and I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, supportive, and evidence-based counseling services. I work with children, adults, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and life transitions. One of my specialties is treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder using Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches, I help clients develop practical coping strategies, improve communication, and build resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
I also have extensive experience working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADD / ADHD. As a result of my extensive knowledge and experience in the field, I also provide clinical supervision to newer mental health therapists working towards licensing.
I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
