Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges. My practice is informed by training in psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and positive psychology.

I specialize in helping clients uncover the root causes of depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, guiding them to recognize patterns, heal past wounds, and develop healthier coping strategies. My approach is holistic and collaborative, emphasizing both self-awareness and practical tools for staying present and managing life’s stressors.

From exploring childhood experiences to integrating mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Together, we identify triggers, nurture personal growth, and build skills to create lasting change.

My background includes extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues related to self-esteem, trauma, attachment, and emotional regulation. I am passionate about helping clients rediscover their strength, foster meaningful relationships, and create a more fulfilling life

My approach to therapy

I specialize in attachment, emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, and have experience working with eating disorders, addiction medicine, and children’s play therapy. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique experiences. Together, we will work towards fostering connection, resilience, and lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to gain practical mindfulness tools, a strong sense of accountability, and a deeper understanding of their own mental health. I encourage clients to apply what they learn in our sessions to their daily lives, ensuring growth and progress outside of our time together.
