Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Adrienn, and I’m thrilled to connect with you. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eighteen years of experience. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the most turbulent transitions of life—from the search for identity in young adulthood to the search for meaning and peace in our later years. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals without judgment. Complex thoughts and heavy moods can feel like a labyrinth. I use proven clinical frameworks to help you find the exits, providing the structure and clarity needed to regain control. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we can work toward building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you move toward the life you want to live.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to support your wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and personalized. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

Whether we are navigating life transitions, managing stress, or exploring deeper emotional patterns, my role is to listen with empathy, offer validation, and collaborate with you in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. Together, we will identify your strengths, build insight, and develop practical strategies that support your emotional well-being and personal growth.

I believe therapy is a partnership, and I look forward to learning about your story and working together on your path toward healing and positive change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you are invited to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. I strive to create an environment that is welcoming to individuals from all backgrounds, including those who are ex-religious or exploring their spirituality. My approach is respectful, optimistic, and inclusive.

During our initial sessions, we will begin getting to know each other and exploring what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will identify your primary concerns, current challenges, and the goals or outcomes you hope to achieve through our work together. I may also ask questions about your history, experiences, and strengths to better understand how to support you.

My goal is to combine evidence-based therapeutic tools with a strong, supportive relationship so that you feel safe, heard, and empowered as we begin your therapeutic journey.
