Great to meet you!
I believe every person—whether a child, teen, or adult—is on their own unique journey, and my goal is to meet you where you are. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients of all ages can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I work with school-aged children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional outbursts, behavioral challenges, or social difficulties. Many of the children I support are navigating separation anxiety, bullying, life transitions, loss, or trauma. I tailor my approach to each child’s developmental needs, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT, SFBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to help them build resilience and emotional awareness. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering practical tools and emotional support. Many parents I work with feel relieved to understand the meaning behind their child’s “challenging behaviors”—which may have previously caused heartache for the entire family. They’re often thrilled to learn how to regulate their own emotions and show up more fully for their children in the ways they’ve always hoped to. In addition to my work with children and families, I provide therapy for adults navigating a range of life issues—such as anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, parenting, life transitions, and more. I help clients reconnect with themselves and each other, clarify their values, and move toward healing and change. My clinical experience includes both individual and group therapy in residential and outpatient settings. I truly enjoy working with people from all walks of life and supporting them in finding meaning, strength, and connection. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, traveling, and relaxing with my dogs.
