Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, owner of Adrienne Allen, LLC, and Faculty Member of Yale School of Medicine. I offer therapeutic services for adolescents and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and psychosis. My practice also offers psychological testing services including neuropsychological testing and risk assessments (e.g. violence, psychosexual, and suicide risk assessments).

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is holistic and client centered. My goal is to meet clients where they’re at, work collaboratively, and create a safe space for healing. Therapy is about using human connection to grow, build coping strategies, and ultimately uncover resilience. Change can happen quickly, especially if you’ve found a therapist that deeply cares and believes in your recovery. You are in the right place!

What you can expect from me

At the onset of therapy, we will develop goals for ongoing treatment. They will be client-centered, supportive, and consistent with your values. My hope is that you leave treatment feeling hopeful, empowered, and supported.
