I completed undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology in Colorado and finalized my higher education by completing my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MS) as well as residency for Marriage and Family Therapy licensure hours and Licensed Professional Counselor residency hours in the Houston, Texas area.
With a strong foundation and identity in Marriage and Family Therapy's systemic lens my sessions tend to be influenced in the style of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Feminist models.
As a therapist with 15 years experience I have worked with individuals, couples, and families through all kinds of dilemmas both personal and relational. It is a honor and privilege to be invited into the world of others as a non-judgmental party on their journey to solutions and insight.
