Great to meet you!

When you've spent so much time trying to hold everything together, it's easy to lose sight of yourself. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or constant stress can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and unsure where to turn next. You deserve a space where you don't have to carry those burdens alone and where meaningful change feels possible. I work alongside individuals navigating depression, family issues, stress management, women's issues, and trauma so they can build confidence, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the life they want to live. Working with adolescents and adults, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, relationship patterns, and beliefs that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and developing practical tools that support lasting growth. Therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping you better understand yourself, respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful progress beyond our sessions together. My approach incorporates Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength Based Therapy because every client deserves care that's individualized, collaborative, and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we can work through anxiety, ADHD, anger management, panic disorder, grief and loss, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, and trauma, while tailoring every session to your unique goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks with confidence. Whether you're healing from trauma, strengthening important relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, we'll work together to build practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more empowered, and confident in your ability to create lasting change.
