Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed social worker, working in day treatment settings, elementary/middle school settings and private practice for 6 years now. I love listening to my client's stories, joining them on the ride and helping them see their best selves come to life. I love to include my animals in my practices for those clients that like to hang with them!

My approach to therapy

A warm, welcoming atmosphere is what I strive for. I allow my client to be the driver of our sessions, with a gentle passenger seat guidance from me. You are the expert in your story. By asking questions, digging deeper into the 'why', we can obtain the goals you are setting for yourselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a second wind, an extra breath and the ability to have a clear vision of the future, solutions of the past whether it is to be at peace with a situation, heal from the trauma or grow from what we didn't know before. Clients can have assistance in developing coping skills and the ability to put them into action, talk about how they felt and where to go from there.
