Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Adrienne holds both a Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy as well as Professional Counseling. Her experience includes working primarily with adults and young adults.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy, rooted in the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Central to my work is creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, seen, and accepted just as you are. I honor your unique story, values, and strengths, and I believe that healing happens through genuine connection and self-expression.

In addition to talk therapy, we can integrate art therapy as a powerful, creative tool for exploration and healing. You do not need any artistic skill or experience—art therapy is about expression, not perfection. Sometimes words are not enough, and through the use of images, symbols, and creative materials, art can help access emotions, memories, and insights in a deeper, more intuitive way. Whether we work through dialogue, creative expression, or a blend of both, I will meet you where you are and support you at your own pace.

Together, we’ll create a space that encourages reflection, connection, and the freedom to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion.

What you can expect from me

I know that starting therapy can be intimidating and scary at times. I hope to provide a space for you to feel heard, seen, and acknowledged. Through this process you will develop self-awareness, mindfulness, gratitude, along with self-compassion.
