Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am passionate about helping individuals deepen emotional awareness, clarify personal values, and recognize their inherent strengths. My stance of curiosity and compassion helps individuals move beyond their protective defenses and survival strategies toward greater authenticity, resilience and vitality. I enjoy working with college-aged students as they navigate the unique challenges of young adulthood, including stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I also work with adults across all stages of life, providing a supportive, collaborative space to foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens through feeling understood, supported, and connected. Together, we'll explore your emotions and experiences at a pace that feels safe, while also gently challenging patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. We'll recognize and build on your strengths and capacity for growth. Through our time together, you'll develop a deeper sense of confidence, self-compassion, and lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I begin with a free 15 minute consultation where you'll have the opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and explore what you hope to achieve. After this conversation we'll decide if working together feels like a good fit for your needs and concerns.

In our first session, we'll identify your goals and create a plan that feels right for you. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing openly, and exploring difficult experiences without judgment. We’ll work collaboratively to help you make meaningful progress toward the goals that matter most to you.

Reaching out can be the beginning of meaningful change. I hope to connect with you soon.
