Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting clients in navigating life challenges and discovering paths to resilience and self-compassion. I have a MS in clinical counseling and extensive training in trauma-informed practices, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches. I work with adults facing issues related to complex trauma, anxiety, dissociation, & identity issues, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe & understood.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize a warm, collaborative approach where clients feel safe and understood. My style is integrative, combining trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and attachment-based techniques, tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. I specialize in helping clients heal from complex trauma and dissociative responses, I often incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, especially with clients who feel burdened by unresolved emotions or past experiences.

What you can expect from me

My practice focuses on empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them find strength in their lived stories. By drawing on therapeutic approaches that suit each client’s personal needs, I work collaboratively to help them address and heal from past wounds, gain emotional regulation skills, and foster a greater sense of purpose and self-acceptance. I believe in nurturing a warm, empathetic environment, where my clients can reconnect with themselves & build fulfilling lives.
