Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about 15 years experience. I work with people who experience worry, sadness, loss, trauma, and fear. These emotions can be overwhelming and in our time together, I want to support you to learn to trust and accept yourself, increase self-compassion, and navigate the challenging parts of life while still having room for joy, belonging, and kindness.

My approach to therapy

I see the work we do as collaborative and I place importance on cultivating a solid relationship as a foundation for our time together. My hope is that we can walk together through the hard stuff so you can take action and begin living the life you want. I work a lot with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

I know you want to feel better and I want that for you too. I focus on practical and effective tools to increase your coping and improve your overall functioning as soon as we can so we can dig in and get to the hard stuff.
