Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience helping people navigate substance addiction and recovery as well as stressful life circumstances and transitions. I help individuals find a way for recovery to work for them. I have experience working in both residential and intensive outpatient settings for dual diagnosis (substance use + mental health). In my private practice, I support individuals in navigating their lives as a person in recovery.

My approach to therapy

During sessions, I value honesty, curiosity, and humor and aim to create a nonjudgmental space where healing and exploration can take place. I find fulfillment and gratitude through witnessing my clients’ journey to wellness, authenticity, and self-compassion. I utilize a humanistic and relational approach based on your needs and goals to guide the therapeutic work. As a 200-hr trained Yoga Teacher, I integrate breath and body awareness during sessions through trauma-informed modalities.

What you can expect from me

I’m a warm and compassionate therapist who is also direct and challenging in order to best support your continued growth. It's my goal to co-create a space where you feel that you can talk about and process your thoughts, feelings, fears, and hopes and leave the session with the skills you need to engage in your life, relationships, and work.
