Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm glad you're here. I specialize in supporting adolescents and women. In our work together, I provide a warm, supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. I focus on your strengths and work with you to set clear, achievable goals.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating life transitions, I aim to empower you with tools that promote resilience, clarity, and long-term well-being. My experience includes supporting clients through depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and career-related challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, goal-oriented, client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist with experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life changes, I offer a compassionate and welcoming environment where you can safely explore your experiences. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful self-discovery and build lasting strategies to help you face challenges with confidence and move toward a more hopeful, fulfilling future.
