She has over 20 years of experience working in the realms of education, social services, government, and non-profit management. My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, implementing a variety of methods and modalities according to the needs of each individual I work with. My practice is person-centered and strengths-based. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as mindfulness practices and the components of positive psychology.
