As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I incorporate traditional talk therapy with holistic practices to help clients own their power and harness their happiness. I work with individuals (adults) who are filling unfulfilled in life and stuck in life.

You are the expert on yourself and your life. In therapy, I am here to support you as you explore and process the life experiences you have gone thru, to identify what did and didn't work, and the changes to make to lead the life you want. In the therapeutic process I follow your lead and provide you with tools and exercises to help you along the journey.

Therapy is a relationship unlike any other you will have, in that, my sole purpose is to help and support you in reaching the goals you identify. The time we work together is all about YOU. I create a safe space for you to talk and explore the challenges you experience so changes can be made. I support you with developing the skills needed for you to trust yourself, make the choices that get you to your goals, and lead the life you want.
