Great to meet you!

My areas of focus include treatment of; trauma, anxiety, and depression. In particular, I am versed in supporting clients to work through religious trauma, generational/ family traumas, and process challenges associated with identity formation and breaking cycles of abuse.

My approach to therapy

During the process of therapy, I support clients in finding those strengths to cope with life obstacles as well as re-create a life that better represents their true selves. I utilize a holistic perspective to understand my clients' lived experience and support them through systemic oppression, generational and religious trauma, and understand the impact of formative relationships on identity, esteem, and thought patterns.

What you can expect from me

We will work together using a combination of cognitive restructuring tools, psychodynamic theory, and solution focused interventions to help you achieve your goals. I see the therapeutic process as one in which I walk alongside you, supporting and guiding you towards your desired outcomes, and creative a life that is fulfilling.
