Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of being stuck or disconnected from themselves. I believe everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Therapy with me is not about pretending everything is fine — it is about creating room to understand what you are carrying, build healthier patterns, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you are!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I recognize that every person’s story is different, so I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. In session, we may explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, coping skills, boundaries, and life experiences that are shaping how you feel today. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or personal growth, I will walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based strategies. My style is warm, supportive, and practical, with a focus on helping you feel understood while also building tools that create meaningful change outside of therapy!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. Together, we will begin identifying patterns, clarifying goals, and exploring coping skills that can support your growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more confident about the path ahead!
